Flywheel kit replacement
« on: September 10, 2010, 10:03:57 PM »

Well, finally got her back. 16 days ago i took my 07 seuc in to have the recalled heads finally installed and to have an andrews 54 cam installed compliments of Steve at Fullsac and to also have a se race tuner installed and during the breakdown process the tech determined that the bike had loose rods. 2 weeks later after many missed days i finally have her done.

The work was all covered under the warranty. now i have new flywheel and rods, cams, heads, rings and cylinders honed. now the hard part is behaving for the breakin period.

The race tuner is my concern because the bike has rinehart 2-1 and se stage 1 air cleaner and a previous owner hd canned map (now overridden) and the whole tuning aspect with the new cams and all installed.

should be broken in by mon with nice weather here in so ill.

Thanks to Steve and Don at Deweys heads along with everyone else for answering my questions.

Sad to think that at 29 k all that had to be done, but better now then when the warranty expires...

If you follow the link in my signature, you will find the SEUC2 registry. You may find info on your bike there. If not, feel free to post your up to date info.
