I was under the impression that whatever happens in the CVO site stays in the site have I been misinformed?

No... but...

My wife rides a Harley and knows some of the members, so it's the kinda thing where it could be considered to be within the "in-site" paradigm and still screw me over royaly by getting a stuffed Nemo into her hands to appear on my bike without my knowledge.
