Had Rineharts on my '04 RG (103") and loved them though they were very loud.  Took a look at the Jackpot website and the Pro Touring 4.5" mufflers look fine, esp. with the extended bags.  With new headpipes (no cat) you're looking at about $900.

For what it's worth, you might want to check out the Fullsac option.  Fullsac cores:  $109 (w/ CVO discount).  McGills core bit:  $26.  Hanging out with a buddy, drilling out the cat from the stock head pipe, grinding out the stock cores and installing Fullsacs:  Priceless!! (Less cost of a couple of beers).   There are also places that will swap head pipes.  Result:  Great sound (not too loud but very deep sound), more responsive and cooler engine.  Seems like the best bet, esp. in locations where they enforce the exhaust regs.  Just an option to consider.    :nixweiss:

Good info, been there done that, looking for something different. I've had Rineharts on other bikes and like them but am intriged about the Jackpots after talking to Jamie @ Fuelmoto. I like the stainless steel cores and the end caps just have not heard them in person.
