Call and ask these guys

http://www.hogpro.com/showpage.php?page=main.htm

They will know if anybody.  I would ask also if it will have any impact on your ABS.
Good Luck and don't forget the pictures when you get it done.

Not sure about the ultra,, but my serg required a couple of brackets to raise the fender.  Renegade knew exactly what I needed.  They were good to do business with.

Better pricing at www.wanaryd.com

You drill the rear fender mounting hole to 3/8 and lift the rear as you tighten the fender. Then tape a vacuum hose to the center of the tire to check clearance. If it doesn't rub you are good to go. They also make a bracket to raise the fender but why waste the money if you don't have to?

I think it rides great, but I have had 21's on all my touring bikes.

The SERG front fender is lowered.  Drilling the mounting hole bigger won't work.  Not sure about the ultra.

I used the drill-out method on my '07 ultra and it worked great. Will do my '09UCSE as soon as I need a tire. I also used a Metzeler tire as I have been told they don't "grow" as much when they get hot.
