« on: October 13, 2010, 02:27:54 PM »

I want to get my wife setup with a speaker and mic in her helmet.
I see some set on Ebay.
What are the options and cost that you guys have found?  I would like the best quality for music that is reasonable.
Thanks You guys are a Great source

J&M makes some very good quality headset for the Harley but they are a little expensive. Another alternative is to purchase a Harley hearset and try it. If you do not like the sound quality of the speakers you can purchase a set of replacement speakers from J&M for about $40.00 and replace the Harley speakers with the J&M's.

Harley headset speakers used to be crap and they may still be. But I think I read some where that Harley changed the speakers so they may be OK now I do not know for sure about that.

What ever you buy make sure the are made for a Harley or the microphone will not work.

Life's journey is not to arrive safely at the grave in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out shouting Holy Chit......... What a Ride!
