Saw this on another forum.  Basically, MOCO has found that the fasteners used to secure the handlebar clamps may hit the bottom of the Harman Kardon radio chassis and that's a "major contributor" to CD's skipping.  They have a fix (different fasteners) and these will be used to replace the OEM fasteners for bikes built prior to Oct. 7, 2010 where inspection shows contact between the fasteners and the chassis, at no charge if the bike, including CVO's, is still under factory warranty.  Bikes built after that date get the new fasteners as a running change.  The service bulletin is in this link:
