On my bike, the bore was out of spec...  too large.  HD is sending new cylinders/jugs and pistons/rings/wrist pins

Has anyone looked this over on a dyno, to determine if, in fact, it isn't incorrect timing??
Soure has the earmarks of that.

I have a 2011 CVO SERGU with 500 miles. At about 200 miles I noticed a rattle/ticking comming from the engine starting around 1800.  It gets noticeably louder increasing throttle around 2400 up through 3000 and back down through 2000 RPM.  I didn't notice it at first but I had a set of Vance and Hines and they were loud.  I now have a set of Reinharts, a little quieter, and I heard on the way home from the dealer after they were installed.  I took it back and the technician said it was a little "valve train" noise and that it was normal.  Cruising around 2500 RPM I hear the rattle over the exhaust, maybe its just me.  Is this "normal", or do I need to pursue the issue with the dealer?

I would double check my newly installed exhaust and make sure the noise is not a heat shield or clamp rubbing somewhere. Also that there is no exhaust leakage around the cylinder ports. Otherwise it could be one of the rocker arms tapping on the cover. This was a problem for some and is addressed under a service letter for the corrective action.
