Uh, that's not exactly a tough target, pretty much anything is better than the stock shocks.

I know several folks on the site have installed the Legends system to do what you want, it tends to be a rather expensive system but the ride height adjustability is about as good as it gets.  There is another system from Arnott that is similar but less expensive.  If no one jumps in on this thread with recommendations, try a search on the site for Legends or Arnott.

I have the Legends and after some research I will be changing the compressor to the Arnott one as it goes up and down much faster. The Legend compressor goes up way to slow that is my only complaint.

And I have the Arnott system with the better shock option sitting on the shelf. I used them on my 05 SEEG - make an offer.
Only used them for a short period, less then 500 miles maybe.

I need something better than the stock shocks on my 2005 SEEG. How did you like that set up?

The Arnott's work pretty good, but not with my weight (155). I think 200+ is a good weight for them.

I still have the. I will dig them out later to see what model they are. We were offered several variations and I got the higher end version.

I put Progressive 940s on my '04 SEEG, vast improvement over stock and even better than the WORKS Street Trackers I had on my last bike.

There is a writeup on the 2004/2005 FLHTCSE folder.
