just got back from my ride on my 09 flhrc brrrrr no windshield no glove 7 deg celsius good thing it was only 20 k smiled the whole way though as i cracked the throttle on my se 110 running real good

I will ride down to 40 - short distances, but much of the fun of riding is gone at that temperature.

BTW - welcome to the CVO group.  Lots of good info on this site.
