For those interested in upgrading, Hogtunes is shipping their 2 ohm speakers for the '06 bikes.

Are these better then what we have now, I am pretty happy with mine but I hear people talking about these all the time....

Mine are being shipped, so I can't say much at this point, but I think it's safe to say they are better than what we have now, given the many posts I've read on other boards.  Personally, I'm looking for better sound on the four lane.

I am a fan of the Hogtunes.  Look at the pictures of the MOCO speaker and then the Hogtune speaker on the website.  When you 1st turn them on in your garage after installation you will not hear much of a difference.  Take a ride and the difference will appear.  The HT's are much more clear and sharp.  You will actually be turning the volume down whereas with the stock speakers I kept turning up the volume.

Hi, I wanted to chime in here and give Pez, from this site, and his speakers a resounding reccomendation.   [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]  My husband got a set of hogtune speakers and liked them so much he ordered a second set for my bike within a week.  Well there it was a couple of days later, on a Sunday, and Pez, himself, was calling our house.  He wanted to verify that my husband wanted a second set of forward speakers, since he had just sent a set out within the week.  That is wonderful personal service.  The improvement is immense.  The speakers are fantastic.
