Harley-Davidson issued a software Update (P/A 32111-11, on CD only) that seems to be mandatory if using the webupdate after somewhen early October. If you want to use your old SEPST Software so don't search for updates online otherwise you may not be able to communicate with the VCI any longer. Took some time to find out ...

HD does not update older software. The updates are for the year software level you bought. What that means is if you bought software for the 2008 model year you will get updates for the 2008 year only. If you want 2009 you need to buy the software over again and each year you will need to do it again and again. P/N 32111-11 is just the 2011 model year software and it will get you updates for that year only. Now the newer versions os software do cover all the bikes prior to it as well. This is not new yet what they started when they came out with the Super Tuner.

Makes me wonder if the -11 will be the last update from HD. Also makes me suspicious if they, using one last update, would try to convert the SEPro the the SEStreet for street legal calibrations only..

...now they wouldn't do that, would they?
