If it's the red lens, what i did was mask off the ends of the lens first. I use my heat gun and went around the edge of the lens, to warm up the adhesive. Then take a small head flat screwdriver and pry out the lens, the black adhesive is ready sticky and stuff; so go easy not to break the lens

That's the way I replaced mine, it's not hard just don't scratch the paint.
