After a year of bottoming out I set them back on the shelf and put the stock shocks back on.

had 440's for 30,000 miles never could get them to not bottom out tried one turn to 10 turns  just installed  Bitubos and like riding on glass. Best money spent Billy

Heavy duty currently on 3 rings from the top , still an improvement on stock especially on the big bumps. Maybe there is better i dont know but a marked improvement, 09 SEUC way too stiff for me stock. 13`` by the way

You may do fine with 13", mine were 11.5" I ran at 2 rings also Heavy Duty.

I have run the 13 inch standard spring 440 for ~4 years.   2-3 rings from the top.  i rarely if ever bottom out alone.  with BSR ~6-7 turns ...   bottom every once in a while with BSR ,  but still like the ride enough that i have no intentions of spending more money on shocks.

i'm 200lbs and was told by a guy at Progressive to go standard.  Wrong!!!  Get the hd.  I have mine at 3.5 turns from the bottom when solo and work well.  Will crank up a couple when my wife is along.  With the standard i bottomed out all the time.

Thanks for the replies ..... they are still better for ME than stock not an armchair float but doesn`t jolt my spine now.
