I'm new to the site and a new owner of a 2011 CVO Softail Convertible. Besides wanting to greet all the CVO owners here on the site, I would like to also thank you all for all the posts that I have been reading for over a month here before I joined and purchased my CVO.
This site and the members played a very important role in helping me make my decision to purchase the bike. I currently own a 2004 Harley 1200 Custom Sportster with the custom Harley Radical Paint Set which I will soon try and sell. It is in mint showroom condition and I have really liked this bike, but needed something more suited for longer rides.
My new CVO is the Midnight Sky & Candy Cobalt with Blue Ice Graphics. While everyone has their own color preferences, having viewed the model in Scarlet Red Pearl and feeling it had too much Red for my liking, and only seeing Maple Metallic pictures, I fell in love with the Midnight Sky/Candy Cobalt/Blue Ice model instantly. Luckily for me, they reversed the color scheme from the Scarlet Red model and used the dark Midnight Sky as opposed to the Scarlet Red color scheme. The Candy Cobalt color was the key in my decision as it is such a rich blue, I couldn't resist.
