Bitubo installation - 08 SEUC
« on: November 08, 2010, 10:51:31 AM »

I have a set of 13" Bitubo shocks I'm installing on a 2008 SEUC.

I'm trying to understand how they're to be installed... I've read so may different stories.  I guess I'd like to install them reservoir up and forward.  Can that be done while allowing proper saddle bag clearnace?

For those of you that had Traxxion install them, how did they do it?

I also understand they send long and short bushings, do you use long or short bushings for installation?

We install them with the reservoirs at the bottom, and in front of the shocks. We have no problems with rubbing when installed in this fashion. You can install them any way you want, just be sure that the bags aren't rubbing on them.

Installed a used set I bought off a member here, just the same way Traxxion Dynamic advises. No clearance issues.
