I didn't have any problems before but am having start problems now. Once it starts it runs fine but I'm typically having to make about 3 attempts before it fires up. With EFI I'm used to bikes starting first time everytime. I'll take it back to the shop this morning.
I had the same problem when I installed the air cleaner, exhaust and dyno tuned. I checked my map from the dyno tune and noticed they hadn't adjusted the crank fuel. I adjusted crank fuel using the settings for map #36 and now I have no starting issues.

Did they use Calibration 36 or another one?  When dealer installed the SERT to fix my cold start, they did not mess with the any of the other tables other than the VE and AFR.  I almost think the 36 was enough of a change from the stock to correct the problem.

I told them to load #36 prior to tuning but when I compared my dyno calibrations to the #36 map they were way different and I am sure the dealer didn't touch them. The bike runs good but I think I am going to load the #36 map and give it a try for a while.
.

If you can get a copy of the file or a print out of all the calibration tables, you will be able to see which Calibration was used.  During the dyno and AFR measurement, the tuner will make changes to the VE tables, Spark Advance and AFR table so it will not be the same as the stock #36 Calibration or whatever they used.  (if they are, then no adjustments were made during the dyno)  What is usually not changed by the tuner are the "Warm Up, IAC and other Tables.  There is a big difference in values between the #36 which is for the 06 CUSE and some of the other Calibrations used for the 103's.

Yes I understand they will make changes to the VE tables, AFR, ETC but if they had loaded the #36 map the cranking fuel and IAC should be the same and they were not which leads me to believe they tuned using the base map loaded on the stock bike.

2up,
This is sort of what I mentioned earlier.
