2008 SERK w/ Dual Head Light...

I have the Kissan direct plugin modulator.  It modulates the hi-beam when I leave it on high in the day time.

Put in a HID kit on the LOW beam only,  which works fine.  But when I turn the high beam on,  it just freaks the ballast all to hell on the low beam.  If I take out the modulator,  all is good.....  I do want the best of both worlds,  and it has to be something simple???  A resistor somewhere???

Basically I run all day with the switch in high,  which will keep low on and modulate hi.  At night it automatically shuts off the modulation feature (or I just turn the low beam off....)

Help??
