A Blonde, a Car and a Mattress - - Not a Joke -- Pictures Included

A Blonde ran over a mattress on the highway,
and decided not to worry -- and kept on driving.
It caught on the undercarriage of her Ford.

The ensuing jumble finally whipped around enough
to tear a hole in the fuel tank.

The Subsequent Lack Of Fuel Is What Finally
Brought Her Vehicle To Its Knees..

She Had Still Managed To Drive 30 More Miles
With A 60-Pound Tangle of Stuff Wrapped Around Her Drive Shaft.

She Had it Towed To Her Ford Dealership And Complained
That The Vehicle Had A "Sort Of Shimmy"
When She Was Driving At High Speeds.

Below Are The Photos Of What They
Found At Her Ford Dealership....................

The Last Photo Is By Far The Best.

"Sort Of A Shimmy" -- I'll Bet It Did!

I know a guy who's brother. ok, it was me. I straddled hay that had been windrowed for baling. I made it about 100'. It balled up until it wedged against the underbody and stopped. Two hours with a pocket knife and pliers

HA!    it must have been 18 years ago,  i gets a call from my crazy brother in law,  says he needs some help.  He had been out drving along river levey roads tweeking? (thats my guess anyway)   he wraps a mattress spring EXACTLY like that around the drive shaft.   it woldnt move forward anymore,  so he drove it in reverse  ~10 miles in the middle of the the night home to his moma's (his mothers truck by the way, which is why i helped) ..  hahahaha ...

I bought two sets of bolt cutters and we went to work on it ...  half a day later it was freed ...

Never thought i would ever see anything like it again,  till now ....   brings back memorys ...   ;D
