Do several sites of test mention that CVO with the system for Ipod already installed with orders with the handlebar will electra it?

With those which have already this motor bike, which is the truth?

Only the 2011 CVO Road Glide and Street Glide come with the ipod; the CVO Ultra does not.  But you can add it with the interface kit:
