Ordered mine from Christmas Lights etc. com, the spokes in the wheels turn also

The electrical engineer in me wonders how a Reostat is involved...   The wheels don't actually turn, the lights on the wheels actually appear to make them turn. Just Like Life...... "It is All an Illusion"..... The Speed is also adjustable............ :drink:
