I'm going to make a prediction, and for your sake I hope to be proven wrong. I'll predict the dealer will tell you there's nothing wrong - they have to wear in and the high spots get more heat when they do - they've seen this on new bikes often - any number of excuses. Take a look at every other disk in the showroom and see if your's is the only one.
And just because it may roll around the showroom floor easily doesn't mean it won't slowly (or not so slowly) drag you to a stop while you are riding and it heats up. Rear wheel not aligned?
Was at the dealership tonight and Gecko you win the prize.

I talked with the mechanic that is working on my bike and he told me that it will come off. He slightly sanded the rotor and it came off. He could not explain what it was though. He pointed out that the front rotors also had the same markings but have come off when the front brakes where applied. You could see the slight markings on the rotor. The bike is still a part and the accessories are still being installed so it has not been started yet. He also has not completed his inspection. He assured me that if there was anything wrong it will be corrected especially something like brakes. He looked like a stand up guy so i will let the process take it's coarse and wait for the final result.
I looked at about 10 other bikes on the floor. They did not have the same markings as mine.
