I have a 2010 CVO Street Glide and was thinking about putting on a set of the finned headbolt covers only to find out that they only come in black or silver, neither that match the color of my motor, has any one else come across this proplem, and if so, what can be done to fix this problem besides not useing these?

Yep
You can get the silver ones and buy a can of motor paint to match.
