Ultra...yeah, went through a few tunnels this weekend myself [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]. There were a lot of bikes in the mountains this past weekend. I just can't do the Goldwing thing...they are great bikes, no doubt about that, but you really cannot hear the motor running on the things.
What has surprised me most about the SEUC is the ease with which it handles...I did a lot of curves on the mountain roads this past weekend...this bike will go where you put it, and will hold a line through a curve. For an 800+ lb scoot, it has surprised me.
Letting the motor "breathe" with the A/C and Pipes, just makes the riding experience that much more enjoyable, particularly when you can just give her some more throttle halfway through an uphill curve, without having to downshift, and she just keeps on pullin'. Love that feeling!!! [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif] [smiley=huepfenjump3.gif] I did a lot of riding in fourth gear this past weekend....seems to be the ideal gear for the mountains.
