Welcome from Portland, Oregon.  I'm with you on wanting to keep it looking stock.  As far as problems that I've read about on here...Seems like lots of discussion about heat of 110.  Gov't emission standards cause H-D to ship bikes running Lean.  Lean + heat.  I've read lots of talk of people getting Air/Fuel tuners and changing out pipes.  If not changing pipes then they're at least trying to get the Catalytic Converter out.  Better exhaust flow + cooler as well.  Good luck.

Hello, minor intro then the question:
Half a Horseman here in Australia... Reining Horses... State and National level NRHA...   My seventh Harley, Iron Horse, 2011 CVO ...  I am old school, started with the first Shovelhead a 1966 jammed into a 57 straight leg frame stretched so a 10" over, wide glide front end, sat almost level... Suicide Clutch, Jockey Shifter, old school...

Thank you in advance for my question on my new CVO...

I just bought the old Harley Colors orange and black 2011 CVO Street Glide with the 110.  Are the 110 motor problems I hear about worked out now?  I want to leave it pretty much stock, Vance and Hines Headers, opened up Super Trapp mufflers....  Is it pretty much a reliable engine the 110?  I would think it would have to be for HD to put it in all the CVOs, but what do you think? If there are problems like heat, what do I look for.  It is summer here in Oz, 30+ C so about 100 F, and we are running synthetic.  I just had a first service and it still runs a bit ragged and coarse but I expect to have to get a few thousand on it before it smooths out.  OK with all that?  Problems worked out or what do I look for...

Regards to all from Australia (Careful riding at night because of the roos)
