I am with WillyB on this one. The green/black looks great just not a fan of the blacked out motor. I was not so sure about my autumn haze in pic's but when I saw it in person I was sold, by far MY favorite color combo, not to mention the paint is flawless, I have gone over every inch!! In the end it will be YOUR choice, no bad color's, just different one's

Mine is a 2011 Autumn Haze and Antique Gunstock.

Sorry to you Green/Black guys but I'm not a fan of the blacked out motor, wheels and pipes.

willyB,

Here is what makes America wonderful: The only reason that I do not like "ANY" CVO bike is the Gray motor.  The best thing I like about the Krypto/Black (other than the color) is the Black Motor. I got rid of an 09 Streetbob and an 09 CVO Fatbob because I HATED the color of the motors! Different strokes for different folks!

Will not go as far to say I don't like "any" CVO due to the grey/satin motor but if I had my choice I'd prefer a black motor and do like the Kryptonite because it has one. :2vrolijk_21:

Hi Guys I have a green one on order since Oct. Should be here in Feb. Maybe!  Where did the pictures of the green bike with the black pipes come from? I have checked everything I have and it shows chrome pipes with the black caps with chrome spears, even says that in print!

You're welcome... not to worry though... with a few $$$ you can make it whatever you want when you get it. :2vrolijk_21:

Wayne,

That "is" a photo-shopped picture!  I had it done so I could see what "I" wanted to do to the bike before I actually did it. I want to black the bike out, so that is a start for what I plan on doing.

Wow! Seeing the Chrome pipes on the Green/Black makes me a fan of the blackout motor. But I have to say, seeing the "fixed photo" compared to the stock bike I think I'm beginning to like the all black thing going on. It makes it look more agressive.

Okay, now I need to buy the Green/Black, the Black,Orange and the Black/Red so I can enjoy them all sitting in my garage. Anybody got an Extra $100,000 to help a man out?

Slotbike, any idea what treatment/process the blacked out parts go through? Do you think the Black coating lasts? I know they did this motor color on last years Ultra Classic CVO as well.
