New Pipes and Exhaust
« on: January 01, 2011, 01:55:28 PM »

Wasn't planning on doing any Exhaust and pipe changes any time soon, but after reading and researching here, decided to go ahead and complete Stage 1 now.  Added V & H Power Duals, Monster Rounds, and SERT.  It definitely created the desired rumble and sound, but the giddy up is the biggest improvement, this 110 is awake.

COOL!  Maybe literally?  or at least cooler...   Say, how'd all nineteen heat shields treat ya on the install of the VH?  Have heard even pros gripe about getting them all in sync.

How is the sound level of the monster rounds?  I have the hi-output with power duals but it is to loud for me.  Thinking about changing to monster rounds. ???

Very happy with the volume, was out on the road over the weekend and no trouble listening to the stereo, In my opinion the wind noise from the stock windshield was annoying, have a clearview GT small on the way.  Had Monster Ovals on my Ultra without the power duals and the sound is very similar.
