I don't have a parts manual for your bike.  But this very handy website will display it:

http://partsfinder.onlinemicrofiche.com/ronnies/hdm_oem/hdmc.asp

The part number won't be displayed immediately upon part selection.  But continue on in what would be the purchase process and the part numbers are displayed a screen or two after the initial part selection.

I have the parts manual for my 07 cuse and my 11 ruse both of which have heated seats.  But neither manual shows anything at all related to the heated seat!

That's a great site!

I found the female side in the main harness, but the seat section doesn't display the electrical... I'm still stuck!

It is a very handy site.  Have used it often myself.  Especially when I'm too lazy to leave one desk to find the parts manual that was absent mindedly left somewhere else.

Those are parts manual breakdowns.  So if the connector is missing from the exploded drawing there it'll likley be missing from the paper manual too.  May be time to break down and call a parts counter.  At least they can call SPOC to get more information.
