just called my stealer and they said ,the gauges were speaking of , has a 30 day warrnety
Even worse. More so when we stop to realize that often a P&A part is an impuluse buy. See it on the wall or counter at a dealership and grab as go. Then might be a weekend a three or five before we finally have time to install it. So by the time we use it we already have no warranty. That kind of limitation is parsimonious and pusillanimous. Thank god there's an aftermarket.
Who respects their end user customers more. Harley who will take our $500 for the (for example) spun aluminum speedo/tach instrument in the P&A book and offers 30 day warranty or someone like Dakota Digital who puts the same price on a fully digital instrument with a lot more bells and whistles and says we're good for two years? Chicken chits.
