The wind was blowing so hard as we walked across the dam that it actually blew Molly several steps sideways.  Sure rattled her....it was pretty funny.

As we left Valley Home and headed down a small two lane road out in the country, headed towards Stockton and Hwy. 99 North........this is the sunset that we were headed towards.  One more pic........for the road.

My wife, Molly and I spent two great days, great weather and beautiful locations.......couldn't ask for anything better. :2vrolijk_21:

Great pics jc. Thanks for stopping in La Grange. Looks like the roundup i sprayed is working but i gave one of the local crank heads some money to mow the lawn. Looks like he decided to crank instead of mow! The key is hid out if you want to overnite there sometime :bananarock:

Frazil Ice. I didn't know the term for it. I've had frazil ice form in sodas and beer when I've tried to cool them quickly in the freezer. (Chill and then tap the bottom of the opened bottle on the counter changing the pressure of the liquid by releasing the carbon dioxide gas bubbles and watch the crystals form.)

Looks like your weather was too warm to frazil the falling mist. (Damn those warm comfortable days!  :confused5: )
