Removed My PC & Now She Won't Run

I removed my Power Commander this last weekend; I can start my bike, but it won't run.  It pops and sputters and the tac doesn't even budge (it's like it forgot who it is).  I tried putting the PC back on - same results.  Before I have the bike hauled to my local dealership - has anyone else ever had this prob and what was the result/cause/solution?

Myk.....usually, no problem when disconnecting the PC as the ECM reverts back to its' last HD map.  I did have the same thing happen on a resale bike that I had a couple of months ago and had to reflash the ECM with an HD download.  Have removed them on maybe 15 or so other occassions and never had a problem.  I suspect that if you do not find a bad contact as 2lane suggests that you'll have to remap and start over.

Double checked all connectors - they were all good and clean.  So... the dealership is picking her up on Monday, I will know more on Tuesday and will post the results then.  In the mean time, thank God my wife has a Harley I can ride.  Hey 883's are still fun.

fun,,so you say......883? dosen't honda make that?....make sure you wear a full face helmet so no-one can see you..just kiddn bro,keep us updated and good luck....I had several issues with the EFI so I converted to a carb....something to ponder while your waiting.......ride-on,headpan
