You will run into issues , the sensors will crosstalk due to their location and will make any decent  tuning impossible..

Haven't seen that issue yet. Do you have any other information on that? :nixweiss:

performance

gabe: removing the cat will probably not show you any increase in performance, but, will tend to reduce the heat radiated from that area under your right foot!
Tuning will help with the excessive heat, along with a performance increase that has been documented by many dyno tests done by some members here.
I suggest you do some research on, first, your goals, second, best "bang for the buck" and make some qualified decisions that will work best for YOU.

ähm, how should that happen? With our Harleys the sensors are not behind but before the cat so - if properly reinstalled - they will never notice they lost the cat. Never heard of any issues so.

As loosing the cat 1st of all lets get you rid of a big heating element directly under your oil pan the bike definitely runs cooler and especially the pipes will no longer get so extremely hot. 2nd the air flow gets improved so you will realise improved performance. Especially the slight hesitation many 110s show around 2.800 rpm will go away - of course only for shure if your bike get's properly remapped.

I was very impressed after getting rid of my cat.

I've have taken several cats out, not one problem. I don't really think they run much better but do sound better and much much cooler. I wouldn't take anymore out, since I've gotten acquainted with the Fullsac Xpipe.

This post sort of explains about the crosstalk issue. Personally I don't think it's a big issue unless you are trying to get the last drop of power out of your engine. I think if you are that serious about making power you will be using an aftermarket exhaust anyway.

Cross-Talk, at least on my '11 SERGU, is a non-issue.  I had the CAT removed and the bike tuned/dyno'd.  Don't remember the exact numbers, but it was around a 6 HP/6 lb-ft TQ increase by removing the CAT and retuning the bike.  Bike runs smooth and has a nice "seat of the pants" feel too it.  I'm very happy.
