Hydraulic clutch and brake lines for ape hangers

Does anyone have a link to a site selling hydraulic clutch and brake lines?  I am installing ape hangers on my 2011 CVO Softail convertiable and have been searching for the hydraulic clutch line.  Brake lines should be no problem to find.

Are the stock mini apes too small then???
I had 16" on my fatboy but changed them to beach bars as they moved around too much.

I had apes on my last bike and prefer them.  I'm not impressed with the stock handlebars on this bike.

looking forward to seeing what it looks like, how higher apes are you using and will you use risers,
i have been toying with the idea of 4 inch pullback risers and keeping original bars

I am putting 16" apes on and using original risers.  I will definitely post pics when complete.

diverchuck are you selling the 10 inch ape hangars that came with your bike?..i am looking for a set of those 10 inch z type ape hangars.
