horsepower inc throttle body

Has anybody ever used these efi intakes for a larger set up this would be going on a 04 seeg the part# is HPI-51D1-16  What is the good bad and ugly about these?

Not commenting on your specific application - but - in my opinion, for an off the shelf throttle body, HPI throttle bodies are the gold standard.

The specific application of HPI throttle body and injector size depends on a variety of build factors... heads, cams, exhaust, etc...

Can't tell you what size to use since I don't know what you are doing to your engine, but I am running a 58MM HPI on my 124 and love it.

Agree with Scott.

I have 4 of their throttlebodies ranging from 53- 62mm never have had an issue with any of them.

Just got one for my '11 ,  can't rework that throttle body so they took an '08 and made into a 53 mm, they say it will bolt right one.. we'll see in about 3 weeks
