Let me answer that.
I have had some time with Bruce this past week and was impressed with his attitude
He cares about Harley, he cares about HOG and he cares about Harley owners.
To be blunt if he was just some snake oil salesman that wasn't genuinely concerned about Harley's customers I wouldn't have had his picture taken with my bikes.
With Bruce I see a great attitude directed to us that ride Harley's. It was refreshing to meet a Harley manager that cared about the customers.
He would be welcome at the SBB Garage and Inn anytime.

So the next time you see Bruce please ask him to have corporate, factory and the dealers work on the following;
1. Quality and inspection of product prior to delivery - see posts regarding misconfigured 2011 models
2. General knowledge and capabilities of the techicians working in the dealerships. Example: $50 chrome hinges cost me 1.5hrs labor to install - imagine if it was something complicated.
3. Disallow market adjustments or surcharge laden prep and shipping charges.
