I don't know Bruce very well but I do know / have known several other moco / HOG folks and all of them are the kind of person you describe Bruce as being. Unfortunately with a big company it is kind of like the government - hard to get things changed quickly or at all. But I've personally seen them involved in solving a problem. So while I too feel that the moco certainly does not do all it could and I am not cutting them any slack, I'll still tip my hat to folks who go to bat for us and try to make it right. In spite of all the problems from the moco I think they work harder than any other company I know to be close to their customers and listen to what they have to say. I don't always like the answer but that does not stop me from enjoying the product. Just my $.02.
