Anyway to research what bulletins were put out for a certain model?

Go to the H-D website and click on service and follow the prompts,  i.e.  make, model, VIN, etc. If there is a service bulletin or "enhancement" affecting you VIN, it should be there.

Can't seem to find on the HD website to look up Service Bulletins, can anyone help

Go the HD site, click Owners, then you will see Service Checkup
