They still can't do it, they can only specify a lubricant specification, if you use something that meets those specs, they can't say crap. Also they have to make a determination that something you did caused the the failure to void the warranty. If you use a certain oil and you clutch goes out, there is no bearing on the oil used and the clutch failure. If they want to stay out of the poor house, then they need to make products they hold up and at the prices they charge they won't go broke any time soon, just aren't experiencing the gigantic influx on money they were seeing several years back!

They try that stuff just like car manufacturers do, we just have to hold our ground and call there bluff.
I have not seen this many bikes setting on dealer floors in some years, and there are far less Dealers and bikes, so I'm sure the MOCO
is hurting just a little.
Could be why they are being extra D%cky about his warranty work.
It still has to be a big pain to deal with them, hope I never have to, ya know.
