When the show gets restarted after its current drama the whole world is going to feel foolish for buying in to the stupid cooked up drama that Lorre and Sheen created to stir up more interest in an old show...  ???

Maybe not, but I wouldn't put it past a crowd whose narcissism runs as deep as theirs does.

Could be right Don Lorre is a strange bird too,  the whole thing could be a publicity stunt.

FYI  - - Charlie's making a bundle on Twitter. Gets paid for his posts and any products he somehow manages to appear to be endorsing. Kim K gets up to $10k per tweet for endorsements . Oh yeah, why do they call them tweets and not Twits since the site is called Twitter and not Tweeter ? Hmmmmmmmmmm, would that be stating the obvious perhaps ?

Here's something to ponder. Facebook and Twitter are set up so if you're stupid enough you enter the most intimate details of your life into your "homepage" you've manage to create a huge database of information about every asset of your life. Oh sure, you can limit who sees it out on the main space but tell me you honestly think the owners of these sites don't have full access. Also, you can call me Oliver Stone but I have a hard time believing there exists a repository of personal information on 800 million individuals and the U S Government doesn't have access to it. Big Brother is in actuality Little Brother Mark Zuckerburg and everyone that's on these site (I'm not) gave away their privacy freely. Ahhhhhhhhhhh, if only Kruschev were alive to see this.

This was a post Sunday from a buddy, I think it hits the nail square on the head.  This country is in bad bad shape, we need to give the honor where it belongs!  These boys gave their lives so that dick head can spout off like he does!

Charlie Sheen 47, is all over the news because he's a Celebrity drug addict. While Andrew Wilfahrt 31, Brian Tabada 21, Rudolph Hizon 22, Chauncy May 25, are Soldiers who gave their lives this week w/ no media mention.

During Vietnam, every day, the media showed pictures of those who gave the ultimate in service to their country being brought home to be buried by their loved ones. Nearly 60,000 officially, probably closer to 70,000 if anybody ever counted all those who couldn't fit back into society when they got home. At some point in the past 15 years or so, somebody somewhere - - maybe the White House, maybe the Pentagon, I don't know but somebody made the decision to seek to prevent the media from showing the real cost of war on the evening news. I've heard it was done out of respect for the grieving and a lot of other stories. In cities and towns across America, the names of the dead are honored, but our politicians, especially those on the national scene talk about war in generalities. If you read or listen closely you'll hear terms like acceptable losses and collateral damage etc. Vague terms that in truth represent real live human beings. Since our evening news brodcasts no longer bring us together as they did in the days of Uncle Walter we have Facebook and Twitter and Yahoo and others. Those "social media" have become our national identity. As such, is it any wonder that our culture has become celebrity driven ? Does it really suprise anyone that Charlie Sheen becomes more a news item than the deaths of those who protect us from the tyranny that surrounds us ?
