2001 SERG gauge lights
« on: February 26, 2011, 07:34:34 PM »

Hi SERG lovers. I finally picked up my 2001 SERG today and rode it 45 miles home in 40 degree weather and loved every minute/mile. It runs & rides great.
I noticed that the top two gauge Lights (fuel & oil pressure) don't work.
How hard is it to replace the bulbs?

Congrats on finally picking it up and enjoy the miles and smiles  :2vrolijk_21:  to change those lights you will have to take the outer faring off ( plenty of threads on that subject )  just do a search.  You do not have to remove the windshield to remove the faring.  Just take your time, the first time is a bit tricky but you will have it off many times and it gets routine.
