Torx screw on the bottom close to the grip
After you get it out you can open the switch cases and take the screws out that hold the switches, I recommend a magnetic screwdriver or buy spare screws before you start.  The bottom switches will be the hardest to change.

Good Luck.

I would suggest having someone with experience do that for you...  Even the dealer if you have to.. That is the most tedious, miserable, and sucky thing to change.  Those screws that hold the switches in are really small and it takes alot of patience to change those switches out.. I have not done mine, that is why,, And I do like the contrast too... Good Luck!!  I hope you have good eyes too... :'(

I remember doing mine shortly after I purchased my bike new.  I have the following note in the maintenace manual: "Real PIA!! Next time let the dealer change the switches."  I seem to recall several hours, multiple oaths, and a near divorce.  And, I had mine off the bike to change out the handlebars.

I did mine myself, only took about 30 minutes. The turn signal switch covers can be a bear.

The left hand side is not to bad. The right hand side is best to let the dealer do. Very easy to put too much pressure on the cruise control switches. Best of luck.

yep I posted under 2011 fltruse chrome switches got left side done and top switches on right but cant get the indicator switch on the right just cant get the casting off the handle bars I gave up and left the indicator black dosnt look bad going back to change the left indicator back to black now
on the left side just be careful of the switch that goes thru to the clutch lever to indicate clutch has been pulled in  you only need to remove the 1 screw that holds this and the indicator switch in place the other 2 screws hold the audio switches in place and dont need to be touched

Good Luck

I really wonder why on the CVO's they didn't put these on our bikes standard. They are so cheap and they look so nice. What is wrong with their thinking??????????? :soapbox:
