OCC Blackhawks Stanley Cup Bike
« on: March 03, 2011, 08:07:37 PM »

Went to see the OCC Blackhawks bike.  As a themed bike it was pretty cool.  They had a nice paint job and hockey fabricated pieces like Hand grips that looked like the handle of a hockey stick, pucks fabricated in the design of the front wheel.  But as a custom chopper it really didn't do anyhing for me. Just seemed like a bunch of bolt on parts on a custom frame.  I've been far more impressed by many of the bikes you all have on this site.

Anyway, I've posted a couple pictures from my iPhone so quality is just so, so.

Kinda felt the same way but didn't want to brag on my FXR3  ;D

My brother used to have a SE Dyna, in red and it was better in my opinion.

I was at the San Jose / Detroit game last evening, Hockey Rules!!!! Did you get a ticket to win the bike? Some Blackhawks fan would buy it off of you.

Agreed! I'll say it, I'd rather ride a bone stock, no chrome, Harley than have anything to do with any bike from OCC!!  >:(

I'm still waiting for cvoharley members to post OCC "production" bikes they've seen. All I ever hear about are the bikes they build on the show. Like I said on another thread , I think there's a small shop where they build the theme bikes in the front of that stupid big building and the back is full of illegals stitching together t-shirts etc etc.

I went to the Hawks game the next night (they beat the Hurricanes 5-2)  The bike was there and getting a lot of attention.  raffle tickets were $100 and they were at just under 800 sold at the time.  I didn't buy one.

San Jose fan?  You gotta love Antti Niemi. He was huge for the Hawks last year.
