Whats my 2006 FLHTCUSE worth?
« on: March 05, 2011, 02:00:48 AM »

18,100 miles on the bike. The engine and transmission was disassembled when new, at the dealership, and the cylinders, heads, intake manifold, throttle body and cams were changed, and a Baker DD6 6 speed transmission was installed. It now has Dave Mackie heads, pistons and gear driven cams. The  The throttle body is a 50mm Harley Davidson unit. Every bolt has been changed to a chrome bolt. D&D FatCat 2 into 1 exhaust with the left side being a dead side just for looks. The factory amp for the radio has been changed to Hawg Wired digital amps making 320 watts of power, and all the speakers have been changed to Hawg Wired matching speakers as well. The XM module and the Navigation module is installed on the radio as well. The fairing mounted mirrors were painted to match the bike. The bike does not have a chip or scratch anywhere on the bike. Recently retuned by Hiro @ Las Vegas Harley. Member of the 100+ horsepower club. Any idea of what it worth?

Take all your receipts for the original purchase plus the cost for all the upgrades referenced above and total them. Now divide by 2. That will be pretty close to its value on the open market.

Most dealers use the inverse log of the 1st derivative cube root of total molar equivalents value formula  :nixweiss: :huepfenlol2:

Then subtract about another 3 grand.

What color is it? Any pictures? Are you thinking of selling/trading or just trying to get an idea on numbers?

I bought my Black candy crimson and gray two years a go for 16K and got a one year extended warranty, mine had close to 50,000 miles on it but the motor has just had gear drive cams, cam plate, larger FI installed, a tuner for the electronics and new lifters and pushrods as well as true duals on it from the previous owner.  Not the same comparison do to milage but just the deal I was able to get.  Bike has performed flawlessly.

Good Luck on your sale
