Got to meet Brian Clock today.
« on: March 05, 2011, 07:35:13 PM »

Brian Clock was working hard at Destination Daytona today.  He was out there meeting his customers and installing windshields too.   A really nice guy to talk too and very knowledgable too about all kinds of bikes   it was fun watching him do his thing out there and fun to chat with.     :2vrolijk_21:

I agree.  Susie and I met him at his shop in '09 on our way to Sturgis.  Great guy.

He told me the whole story of how that shape came about and all the benifits too.  Really a fun guy to talk with.

I met Brian Saturday the 12th.  I was talking to him about a front fender for a 21 on my fatboy and getting the paint matched.  He gave me the name and number of a guy in AZ.  Then he talked to us about windshields.  My wife decided to demo ride one of his new Flares for the Road King/soft tail.  He let her put 100 miles on it or so.  We ended up having him install one on her bike, and had one shipped to the house for my fatboy.

He also has a new shield coming out before Sturgis this year for the Road Glide.  It will be a 14" and he says it will be the best road glide shield to date.

Very interesting guy, very friendly and helpful.  He had pictures taken of the three of us together.  He was impressed with how many miles my wife has on a 25 month old bike, 58, 427.  He wants my wife to meet his wife.
