Exhaust and Engine Modifications
« on: March 08, 2011, 01:06:58 AM »

I just bought my first CVO, the 2011 CVO Street Glide. I had a 103 before and I thought that the 110 motor would have more power. I want to first change the exhaust before I make any engine modifications. Not sure what pipes to go with. I am hearing a lot about the Fullsac line and V&H. Will I also need to change the cams or install a race tuner kit to get more power? what are the stock cams in the CVO 110? I am alos hearing a lot about TTL and RP as options to the HD race tuner? Any thoughts?

stock cams are SE 255.

As to your other questions I may suggest you just engage search-mode on this forum a little. Start in Intake/Exhaust/ECM.

I used a jackpot 2 into 2 x pipe and V&H high out put slip ons and gained 10 hp and 10 tq with out a tune. It will need to be tuned and will be even higher then. Pictures and dyno sheets will follow next month. I'm dynoing in stages to see what does what. Ei cams, compression, and headwork. I hope this helps :orange:
