So.... what do we think a used FLHTCUSE6 with 7000 miles on it is worth?

...... ehhhhh.....ehhhhh....  selling.... my RED to get a BLUE!

I might be short a few, but if I am paying $$$$$, might as well get the correct color!

Also, slightly irritated that the Moco does this sort of thing.........

as I said........ehhhhhh.......ehhhhhh.... whatcha gonna do?

I guess it would be too expensive to just buy the blue paint.

Tank, inner & outer & lower fairings, tourpack, side covers, side bags and lids, front and rear fender..... Then sell your paint set to recoup some of the costs ??? ???

I bet they want $7000 for a set of tins. Probably could trade 4 less than that. When I said 32K, I was talking outright sale, would love to hear what they offer 4 trade on a 37K scoot.............. :nixweiss: :nixweiss:30K :drink:

Sell the tins you have and buy new ones.
I think you would def. be able to re coop all of your cost.
Alot of people would want the new colors with out paying for the bike its self, and since they don't have that ability through MOCO to purchase CVO products, you would be there only chance to do it.
I bet you could get list price to the rite person.
Just a thought.

You add on the Tax/Tag/Title ~$2500 to the new bike purchase, in addition to another $1800 for the extended and another $300 - 1600 for freight and setup. If the MoCo gets $7K for full tins, then he could sell his for that much or more. He would be out some labor if he farmed the work out but not what the new bike would set him back. Beyond the purchase price of a bike there can be $5000 or more in fees and add on costs.

You are not the only one out there that changes there mind about bikes, I traded my 2010 in for the 2011 blue one. At best you may be able to get 15% to 17% less than the MSRP $36,499 for trade. I am embarrassed to say but all I got was NADA. But hey it's only money right? If it feels good do it!

This is my hope!

I can only hope that some day when CVO history is written, the 2011.5 CVO Ultra Classic will hold a place somewhere in the shadow of the 2004 Blue/Black SEEG (and that's the reason that I decided not to wait on the 2012, 2012.25, 2012.5, or 2012.75).

Wouldn't it be cheeper to just paint the bike you have the new blue color?
