I spoke with her today and she is SWAMPED at the new place. While not "official" (I'm waiting for her to call me to confirm what she wants posted up for contact info) you can contact her with the phone number in the OP. * I have to caveat this as "almost always". I have received the same discount on anything I've ever ordered from the Fat Book, but when I spoke with her she mentioned that some stuff may not be possible for the 20%. If you know her, you know that she will tell you about any discrepancies before the order is placed

I recently bought a lid for a saddlebag and asked for Jenni when I placed the order.  I did get my discount from Mary, who said was her sister. I did get my cover and the service was just fine. Just funny that they told me she was just on vacation.  I'm sure they just wanted to keep my business too.
