JCZ, never thought of it that way.  Will let everyone know about the ride as soon as this *&&^$*(% weather cooperates.  1-2 inches of snow predicted for northern KY sat. night.  Unbelievable.

Hacksaw, your bike looks great.  I've  had choppers in the past and they handled fine in the curves.  Can you tell much of a difference?

You said in one of your earlier posts that the rake was a kit.  Do you have information on that kit and who makes it?

Thing looks like a show bike.  Nice.

I think it handles fine if not a little better, especially out on the road.  During real slow turns like pulling away from a stop and in parking lots you might feel the chopper flop, but other than that it's great.  Thanks for the compliments also.  The guy that did it has had a few bikes in baggers magazine, it's his own set up where he cuts the triple tree neck off and then his steering stem and partial frames slides over the original frame and is welded.  His name is Guy Schaible and he owns Junk Yard Customs (513) 353-9957.

that rake really adds to the lines of the bike and the paint scheme.  Did you ever go with a bigger/different front wheel?

Yes, in the pictures it has a 21/19 set up.  Gonna recess the headlight a little more in the fairing and put a quick detach on the tourpak this winter.

My question is, why such a big rake for a 21"? Hopefully you'll put a 23" or 26" on front. I know you can put a 21" on without changing anything. Could have saved money and applied to extended bags, chopped tour pak, rear fender extensions, etc. Overall not a bad look! Love the color scheme!

That is a sweet looking ride! I agree you need a bigger front tire now! Regardless its a real head turner!
