Road Tech/I Pod interface

On a 2011 RGCVO..When navigating a route on the road tech and listening to the i pod..how do you cancel the voice prompts from interupting the music on the ipod.  I dont want any volume at all coming from the gps. Thanks for your help

I am not sure if this will work but it should, turn the master GPS volume down/off.
