I'll try to refrain from posting anymore assembly shots until the whole thing is done...  and I'll be sure to catch it with a good camera and while it is out in the sun.

Well, try as I may, I snagged this when I went down to see the final pieces.  They were closed when the parts arrived, so I didn't get a chance to snag a picture of the inner fairing, but I was happy with how it turned out.  Two toned just like the bike, with the same flame pattern inset between the color change.

So here is how the bike rests at the end of the day.  I don't expect to see it finished until Tuesday.  Sorry these shots are blurred, internal lighting really isn't the best for shots.

Looks like we'll have to put the limited badges back on the front fender (not shown here).  They are set into holes which we didn't know about and the holes were not filled.  I don't think it will detract from the look too much.  Just a bit of extra chrome.

Sorry for the delay on the final shots.  I got her back just in time to take the ride down south, but not without some issues left to be addressed on the bike.  So as soon as we got back from the weekend ride, I took her back in to get the finishing touches done.  They needed to clean up the handlebar replacement (turn signal wasn't working) and replace the braided brake line they just installed (had a cosmetic defect).

Didn't manage to grab a shot of the bike (although JC may have a few shots).

While she is in, having some more work done.  I should have her back next week.  Gives me about 1 week before the Solvang GTG to iron out any issues.

Having the motor upgraded to 10.5:1 from 9.6:1, changing out the stock cam for a 259E, and all the other related stuff upgraded to go with.  Also adding the V&H ThrottlePak.  Cheap enough to test it out.  I like the idea of keeping the TB response dynamic rather than 1:1 or buying a TTS to tune it out.

Went with the SE Pro Stage III because my extended warranty will cover it.

Guess I better update my profile to match the state of the bike.

Very nice.. any more? Like the full bag and a shot or two will all the skins, bags and seat on her? Would like to see a shot with the full effect for impact.

I kinda want a good shot of her as well - out in the sun for full effect.  However, let me go take a trip (want to take the springer out for a ride anyway) and take a better camera with me and grab a few shots of her in the shop.  Will post back something till I can get the final shots done next week.

OK, so the lighting in the shop sucked hard, took a few shots with the auto settings and it was terrible -- too dark.  Turned off the flash, colors were way off.  Then I decided to try manual settings to try and account for the harsh lighting.  Still sucked.

In the end, I used the night time settings -- flashes and then holds the shutter open for a while to suck in as much light as it can.  Hopefully, I didn't blur the shots up while trying to hold the camera still.  Finally I think I got some decent shots.  The colors still look a bit off, but tis the best I can do till I get her out into the sun.

With that said, here are some final assembly shots of the bike.  In no particular order and not of the greatest quality.  But they at least allow you to see her assembled.
