My older SmartLink IV software had a map that upgraded my bike with a Redshift 575 cam. Over the years I have eyed this new map for when I converted the old cams and camplate/oilpump.
But when I fired up my old laptop that has the Smartlink software on it, it did a software upgrade and I downloaded the latest map database. Now that map is not listed.
I am currently using map # 488:
HD 103" stock TB, Heads, Jugs, hiflow 2.75 aircleaner, DD FatCats bike is run in Open Loop mode
Does anyone have an older map database? Say around 2008?
Called Zippers to ask about this. He wouldn't even acknowledge that a map had be taken off, and they don't have older maps in their databases that they could send to me. Told me to use #497 that is configured with a 50mm Zippers TB. AutoTune would adjust to it just fine. I explained that this is an '05 bike with an '05 ECU...it doesn't have AT. He replied that I would have to dyno it to get the air/fuel ratios, then they could suggest what changes to make.
Can anyone help?
EDIT: Map file name is probably HEVCGJSAEE(date)
